Ann Coulter: 'Someone Slightly Better Than Todd Akin' Can Beat Hillary In 2016

Billionaire financiers and Hollywood stars are already coming out in support of Hillary Clinton for president in 2016, but Ann Coulter thinks the former Secretary of State is more vulnerable than her supporters might expect.

"I think if [Republicans] run someone slightly better than Todd Akin, we win in 2016," Coulter said during an interview on HuffPost Live's Marc Lamont Hill.

Enthusiasm for Clinton among liberals has been building for so long that Coulter predicted the former first lady -- who has not yet announced any 2016 plans -- could fall victim to the same media exhaustion that cost Christine Quinn the office of New York City mayor.

"We've been told here in New York for the past two years, 'It's going to be Christine Quinn, Christine Quinn, Christine Quinn.' The people vote and it's Bill de Blasio. I think that could happen with Hillary," Coulter said.

And it's not just Clinton who Coulter thinks won't cut it in the next race for the White House. She said the entire "B-team of the Democrats," which includes Vice President Joe Biden and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, will likely lose even against "a Republican candidate who is not as good as Mitt Romney."
