As we enter the stretch run of the 2013 college football regular season with the month of October coming to an end, let's take a look at my current bowl projections for the 2013-14 postseason.

As always, of course, these projections are subject to change — especially because these remain very difficult predictions to make.

Note

After the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the final Bowl Championship Series standings are placed in the national championship game, contracted BCS bowl slots are taken up and replacement picks are made, the selection order for the final BCS is Orange, Sugar and Fiesta.
