When you're on the road, it can be hard to make healthy eating choices with the limited options offered at airports and train stations. Dolvett Quince, "The Biggest Loser" trainer and author of "The 3-1-2-1 Diet," recommends finding the healthiest option with the best amount of protein and least amount of starch. Stay away from meals that include a large amount of bread or potatoes.
