Also this week, the music world suffered a tremendous loss after news of Lou Reed's death surfaced on Sunday (Oct. 27). The legendary musician died at 71 in Southampton, N.Y., of an ailment related to his recent liver transplant. To celebrate his achievements, friends and fellow celebrities tweeted out condolences and shared their favorite Reed tunes with their followers.
