Joe Lhota Election 2013: Former MTA Chief Hopes For Major Upset In New York City Mayor Race

As New Yorkers head to the polls on Tuesday, Republican nominee Joe Lhota is hoping for a major upset to beat the city's public advocate, Bill de Blasio. The latest poll has de Blasio leading Lhota by 40 points.
