Vinny Guadagnino Has Been Working On His Fitness

"Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino is taking his GTL seriously ... well at least the G part.

Recently, the MTV alum and talk show host decided to focus on his health with a complete diet and exercise overhaul. Guadagnino began a 30-day cleanse on Oct. 7, along with more frequent trips to the gym for weight training. He is documenting every step of his journey through social media, including his progress over three weeks:

"One more for #transformationtuesday #instagramstraightflexin #nofilter #3weeks diet/cardio/lifting . See you in 3 more," he tweeted.

Vinny's health kick hasn't been easy. He lamented moments of weakness over the last month.

Hey Vinny, maybe call up Snooki for some motivation!
