"The Simpsons" is paying tribute to the music-themed animated shorts of the 1930s on the Sunday, Nov. 24 show with a new couch gag titled "MusicVille."
In the opening above, "The Simpsons" characters are all musical instruments. Lisa Simpson is a saxophone, of course. Mr. Burns is not a fan of jazz music -- duh -- and attempts to make classical music the only kind.
"The Simpsons" airs Sundays, 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
