French artist Thomas Jullien took photos from 852 different Instagram users and stitched them together into a film, creating a brief tour around the world that touches down in Paris, Berlin, Sydney and New York.
The short turns the overlapping lives of strangers into a kind of digital flipbook. "Instagram is an incredible resource for all kinds of images," Jullien writes. "I wanted to create structure out of this chaos. The result is a crowd source short-film that shows the endless possibilities of social media." Watch the video below.
