Alleged Pizza Robber Caught Thanks To Facebook

Alleged Pizza Robber Caught Via Facebook

A 22-year-old Chicago man who allegedly stole a pizza by holding delivery workers at gunpoint has Facebook to thank for his being collared.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Jamokae Smith allegedly pointed a gun at two people delivering a pizza in the 5000 block of West Wabansia Avenue while a co-conspirator grabbed the pizza and $13 in cash and ran off on Nov. 9.

The delivery workers tracked down Smith because he used his own phone to order the pizza and that same phone's number was posted on his Facebook profile, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Smith has been ordered held on $250,000 bail.
