Golden Globe nominations are here! The Hollywood Foreign Press Association hosted an insanely early event (at least for West Coast denizens) on Thursday to announce the nominees. Stars Zoe Saldana, Olivia Wilde and Aziz Ansari were chosen as the celebrity emcees for nominations morning.

"12 Years A Slave" earned seven nominations in the categories of "Best Motion Picture," "Best Actor," "Best Supporting Actor," "Best Supporting Actress," "Best Director," "Best Screenplay" and "Best Original Score." "Gravity" was another favorite, taking home four nods for "Best Motion Picture," "Best Actress," "Best Director" and "Best Original Score."

On the TV side of things, "Breaking Bad" earned nominations for "Best Drama," "Best Actor in a Series" and "Best Supporting Actor in a Series," while "The Good Wife" is up for trophies in the "Best Drama," "Best Actress in a Series" and "Best Supporting Actor in a Series."

The 71st annual ceremony, hosted once again by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, will take place on Sunday, Jan. 12. For a full list of Golden Globe nominations, head to the official website.
