A Kentucky man who was using a public restroom decided to set his loaded pistol on a toilet paper dispenser when the weapon slipped off and shot him in the leg, according to the Associated Press.
The incident took place inside a Fazoli's restaurant in Elizabethtown, according to The News-Enterprise. Police said the man, who remains unidentified, did not have a concealed carry permit.
According to Talking Points Memo, the man was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
