Dez Bryant Walks Off Field After Tony Romo's Last Interception, Tweets Explanation (VIDEO) [UPDATED]

Dez Bryant had seen enough.

After Tony Romo threw his second interception of the game on Dallas' final possession -- sealing Green Bay's biggest comeback win in franchise history on Sunday -- the star wideout walked off the field with 1:21 left on the clock. Following the loss, Bryant took to Twitter to explain why he bolted for the locker room early.

Romo was asked about his teammate leaving early after the game.

"It’s an emotional game. It’s not fun for either of us to lose a football game," Romo said, per The Dallas Morning News. "It’s not an enjoyable process when it ends no matter how it ends. It’s always tough emotionally. So it is what it is."

Bryant had a great performance against the Packers, reeling in 11 catches for 153 yards and a spectacular touchdown. But he could only watch as Dallas' defense give up 34 points in the second half.

Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said on Monday that he will talk to Bryant about leaving the field early.

"We'll address that with Dez today. I understand why to a certain extent, they're kneeling the ball, the game essentially is over. He's an emotional guy, we're all very emotional about what we do," Garrett said in an interview on 105.3 The Fan Dallas-Fort Worth, per ESPNDallas.com. "But he needs to stay out on the field, and I'll address that with him today. And just explain why it's important to do that and he'll understand."

UPDATE: Bryant apologized for walking off the field before the final whistle on Monday and said he cried in the locker room.

“I was wrong. It didn’t have anything to do with my teammates," Bryant said, per the Star-Telegram. "I just ... I couldn’t watch Green Bay kneel the ball down on the field after a tough loss like that. I was very emotional. I cried when I got into the locker room. I didn’t want to show that stuff on the sideline.”
