'Football Training' Dad Has A Lot To Learn About Parenting (VIDEO)

'Run Or I'll Run Your A** Over'

Not cool, dad. Not cool at all.

In a stomach-churning video that is gaining traction on the Internet, what appears to be a misguided father drives a car while he makes his young son run to keep up for "football training." Of course he films the whole episode, too. (Watch above.)

As dad cusses and hurls insults, the boy, whose name is apparently Yates (like Houston Texans quarterback T.J. Yates), is clearly uncomfortable. This leads his dad to position the vehicle behind the boy to make him run even faster.

"Run, or I'll run your ass over," he says.

We wish this were a put-on but the media coverage as of Wednesday morning gave no indication of that. At least one outlet said the boy was as young as 5.

There's a job for parents like this -- perhaps as a tackling dummy.
