Queen Elizabeth Gets To Shamelessly Wear Blankets In Public, Because She's The Queen

Being Queen Elizabeth II surely has its perks, from the diamond crowns to the personal assistant who breaks in your shoes for you. But there is one lucky feature of royal life that we think we'd like best of all: getting to cuddle up in blankets in public.

Yep, you heard that right. Queen Elizabeth II's favorite accessory isn't her black handbag or her hats, but an oversized blanket. She's got a blue fleece standby for the car and whips out snazzier tartan prints for public engagements. She's just all, "Screw it, guys -- I'm the queen and I'm cold," and no one can say anything about it.

She's basically the royal family's Linus. We're so jealous.
