P&G Thanks Moms For Picking Kids Back Up -- No Matter How Many Times They Fall

Once the Olympic Games begin, the soaring triumphs and devastating disappointments of world-class athletes play out on the public stage -- broadcast across the world, for millions and millions of strangers to see. But as Procter & Gamble's latest Olympics-themed ad shows, the years of support and hard work it takes to make these moments possible can be just as tense, beautiful and dramatic.

For the latest installment in its "Thank You, Mom" campaign -- a spot called "Pick Them Back Up" that shows moms coaching kids from their first tentative baby steps through to international victories -- the "proud sponsor of moms" has pulled out all the emotional stops. And while the ad may be inspired by moms who have raised the world's greatest athletes, its message will reach anyone who's ever raised a child -- or anyone with a mom (or dad!) to thank for their success -- right to the very core.
