The New York Times debuted its new look on Wednesday.

The newspaper previously announced that it was overhauling its website — for the first time since 2006 — to feature video and photography more prominently, as well as include a new native advertising platform. "The images are larger, the layout and typography are cleaner and the site navigation is better," read the site's note to visitors about the redesign on Wednesday.

The differences are clear on the site's front page and the article pages.
