In Jan. 1998, Hollywood besties Ben Affleck and Matt Damon took the stage at the 55th annual Golden Globe Awards to accept their first major award for the celebrated 1997 film, "Good Will Hunting." The pair took home the honor of Best Screenplay, and would go on to win Best Original Screenplay at that March's 70th annual Academy Awards.

The longtime friends and collaborators will return to the Globes stage this weekend as presenters for the upcoming 71st annual awards show. Damon is also up for an award at the Golden Globes, airing Sunday, Jan. 12. He was nominated for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film for his role in "Behind the Candelabra," pitting him against Michael Douglas (his "Candelabra" co-star), Chiwetel Ejiofor, Idris Elba and Al Pacino. Affleck will be on hand at the Globes after winning Best Director for "Argo" at last year's ceremony.

Affleck and Damon join an already impressive list of star presenters including Jennifer Lawrence, Kevin Bacon, Tom Hanks, Mila Kunis and Robert Downey, Jr.
