Next Restaurant's Steak Menu Is Finally Here!

The latest menu at Grant Achatz's Next have arrived and, as is customary for the popular Chicago restaurant, the new offerings have a sleek artsy trailer to accompany it.

The Christian Seel-directed video for Next's "Chicago Steak" menu is a bloody and bourbon-y good time, set to a remix of Frank Sinatra's "Fly Me to the Moon," that will get you in the mood for a carnivore-friendly meal of 30 day dry-aged sirloins, lobster thermidor and salmon coulibiac.

Move fast and you might even be able to snag tickets to eat at the typically impossible-to-book Fulton Market resto -- Crain's Chicago Business reported Monday that tables for the new steak-centric menu were moving slower than usual. From a brief perusal Thursday afternoon, it appears that remains the case.
