Starz released the first trailer for their highly-anticipated new series "Outlander."
The series from Ronald D. Moore ("Battlestar Galactica") is based on the bestselling books by Diana Gabaldon.
"Outlander" is about a "married combat nurse from 1945 who is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743 and thrown into an unknown world where her life is threatened. Claire is pulled between two vastly different men in two irreconcilable lives," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
An exact premiere date has not been announced, but "Outlander" will debut in Summer 2014.
