Vintage Moroccan Rugs Should Be Your Next Accent Piece

Lately, I’ve been kind of obsessed with vintage Moroccan rugs, like the colorful one in the fourth picture from yesterday’s post. I’m especially in love with bright and cheerful boucherouite rugs (freeform “rag rugs”) with their crazy patterns, happy colors, and funky, imperfect edges. They’re the perfect way to add some vibrant color, warmth, and texture to a neutral room. If you already have a lot of color in your home or if you’re more of a minimalist type, a black and white Beni Ourain rug would also be beautiful. Our rug has a similar look, but it’s not quite the same as the real thing. Let’s take a look at some drool-worthy Moroccan rugs, shall we?
