Here's How Carrie Fisher And James Earl Jones Will Appear On 'The Big Bang Theory'

Some "Star Wars" alum are traveling from a galaxy far, far away to visit the set of "The Big Bang Theory."

As we reported earlier, Princess Leia and Darth Vader themselves, Carrie Fisher and James Earl Jones, will be appearing in an upcoming episode of "The Big Bang Theory," and no, it won't be in hologram form. Details about the "Star Wars" guest spot have been revealed by TV Guide.

When Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and his comic-loving cohorts aren't able to score tickets to this year's Comic-Con, he vows to start his own comic convention, but needs a big name to draw in the crowds. TV Guide reports that Sheldon "realizes, through Twitter, where James Earl Jones is having sushi in Studio City and is going to confront him personally."

Where Princess Leia fits into this wasn't revealed, but showrunner Steve Molaro hinted that "She's got a very small, very funny, very weird part." Sounds just like the Carrie Fisher we know and love.

No word yet on when the episode will air, let's just hope it's not light years away.

"The Big Bang Theory" airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
