We have a feeling this isn’t what 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh’s wife anticipated when she publicly slammed his $8 Walmart khakis.

The game-worn pleated pants -- made infamous earlier this week when the coach’s wife Sarah hilariously called into a radio show to denounce them -- are now on sale at the 49ers store for $500, one Twitter user noticed.

Despite Sarah’s disapproval, Walmart is also taking advantage of the free press. The company ran an ad for the pants Thursday reading “Coach-worthy khakis: Fit for a champion, priced for everyone”.

Harbaugh’s been a good sport about it all and has announced he will update his wardrobe in the new season.
