The Ultimate Office Workout Will Make You The Envy Of All Your Co-Workers (VIDEO)

WATCH: The Ultimate WORKout

After a grueling day at the office, a post-work gym session can make you feel like a Titan -- all those feel-good endorphins, that surge of energy and new-found focus. Let's face it, though, the prospect of getting on a treadmill and lifting weights after a tiresome 10-hour work day can often deter you to an episode (or three) of "Scandal".

But, imagine an overhaul of that work-gym segmentation and an easy way to incorporate all those exercise-induced benefits into your sedentary desk job. A new video by the Atlantic's Senior Health Editor James Hamblin, M.D., may get you thinking twice about being as idle as your computer and get your booty out of that cushy desk chair with a few simple, albeit slightly ridiculous moves.

"I don't sit, I never sit down," Hamblin says in the video's introduction. "I stand all day at work, and then I go home and stand."

Here at HuffPost we've incorporated a few of Hamblin's recommendations ourselves, including the standing desk, bicycle desk and walking meetings, and we can speak from experience: They work. In case our testimonials aren't not enough, remember the research: Sitting at work all day contributes to risk of metabolic syndrome, heart attack, stroke risk and overall death risk.

Watch the video above for Hamblin's workspiration and let us know if you try any of them out yourself.
