Random celebrity interactions are fun, but random celebrity interactions on Twitter are amazing.
When "Scrubs" actor Zach Braff spotted former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney at JFK airport, he took to Twitter with the sighting.
Mitt Romney just walked by me at JFK after I randomly tweeted him. Let's try this again: @PaulMcCartney

I feel like the odds of me and @MittRomney being on the same flight to Salt Lake City are good. I shall report back.

Earlier, Braff had tweeted he was bound for Utah. The Sundance Film Festival is showing a film he co-wrote, "Wish I Was Here.".
The odds played out.

Romney's son Matt, professing to be a "Scrubs" fan, was jealous.

While in New York, Romney made an appearance on the Today Show, discussing current events and the new documentary "Mitt," which chronicles his unsuccessful presidential campaigns.
