Budweiser's 'Puppy Love' Super Bowl Ad Tugs At Our Heartstrings Until They Almost Snap (VIDEO)

WATCH: Budweiser's 'Puppy Love' Ad Makes Us Feel All The Feels

How do you improve on a vastly popular feel-good ad campaign? By adding a puppy, of course.

And just like that, Budweiser's iconic Clydesdales, which tugged at heart strings in the company's 2013 Super Bowl commercial, will undoubtedly foster yet even more awwww's during this year's Super Bowl ad blitz.

Similar to last year's ad, the newest incarnation also takes place at Warm Springs Ranch, where Anheuser-Busch raises Clydesdales (though NBC reports the spot was actually filmed near Hollywood). The new commercial, titled "Puppy Love," centers on a young pup that develops a deep bond with one of the horses. At its emotional crescendo, the Clydesdale deals with impending separation in the sweetest way possible.

"The whole story is about connection," Jake Scott, the ad's director, told NBC's "Today." "There's connection of heart, connection of spirit, connection of soul."

Though it hasn't yet made its Super Bowl debut, the spot is already making waves on Twitter:
