Philip Seymour Hoffman, who died of a reported drug overdose over the weekend, was dating costume designer Mimi O'Donnell since 1999, whom he met on the set of the play "In Arabia We'd All Be Kings." The couple never married, but had three children: son Cooper Alexander in 2003, followed by daughters Tallulah and Willa in 2006 and 2008.
