XXL Releases 'Airport Love,' Pro-LGBT Sports Ad

Posted: Updated:

With the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games full under way, numerous companies and organizations have come out in support of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) athletes competing in Russia.

Last week, Norwegian sports and outdoor clothing retailer XXL released this high-budget ad that features a number of prominent athletes, including former world champion footballer Anders Solum, alpine skier Edward Beach and frisbee player Sune Wentzel.

The message in the video is one that can't be understated during this difficult time for the Russian LGBT community: sports are for everybody, "whatever team you play for."

Check out the awesome ad above.
