The Sochi Men's Downhill Ski Course Looks Terrifying (VIDEO)

WATCH: Sochi's Downhill Course Looks Terrifying

From what we've seen so far, Sochi has some terrifying-looking tracks.

While watching the Winter Games from afar, we've had the pleasure of observing these steep, icy routes from a warm couch seat, never truly knowing what it feels like to have the wind rushing against our face at 84 mph.

But BBC reporter Graham Bell decided to test out one of the tracks for himself and show us just how scary it really is.

Using a handheld camera and no poles, Bell, a five-time Olympian, skied down the men's downhill track at Rosa Khutor, the resort hosting the alpine skiing events. Providing commentary while he maneuvers his way down the icy tack, he says this is "one of the most testing Olympic downhill courses I have ever skied.”

Another five-time Olympian, Bode Miller, even said the track "can kill you," per USA Today.
