Japan Takes Valentine's Day Very, Very Seriously

Japan Takes Valentine's Day Very, Very Seriously

Oh Japan, ever the land of invention.

The Hakone Yunessun spa resort west of Tokyo has made headlines in the past for its red wine, sake and coffee hot tubs (because of course). On February 3rd, the spa started their 46-day-long celebration of Valentine's Day with a chocolate hot tub.

Seriously, there's a patissier on hand to serve guests the chocolate and to, it seems, stew it around a bit.

This looks like our version of hell, but if you like chocolate (and bathing in it with your nearest and dearest) head on over.
