Heidi Montag is known for her love of plastic surgery, but a recent batch of "throwback" photos she shared on Instagram on her little brother's birthday prove she was a beautiful girl before she ever went under the knife.
Montag posted the following three photos on Monday (Feb. 10) to wish her brother Sky a happy 21st. Judging by the number of candles he was blowing out in one of the photos, we'd say little Heidi is about 10 years old in them.
Look at those braces! And that smile! Too cute.
