It's a typical morning for Hollywood mom Kym Whitley, who is getting ready for a day of work on the TV series "Baby Daddy." While she waits for the babysitter to arrive, she gets her son, Joshua, out of bed and ready for breakfast. In the above clip from "Raising Whitley," mother and son have a conversation many parents will find all-too familiar.
"Okay, what do you want, you want some berries?" Kym asks Joshua.
"No."
"You want some milk?
"No."
"You want some yogurt?"
"Uh-uh."
"You want some pancakes?"
"No," Joshua says. "Jell-O."
"Jell-O?" Kym makes a face. "No Jell-O in the morning."
As Joshua whines, Kym makes a compromise. "Sometimes, moms have to be creative to get their babies to eat healthy," she says. "So what if it tastes like a dirty shoe? It's good for you."
Kym mixes the jiggly stuff with some nutritious berries, but Joshua stands his ground. "Did he just throw a blueberry?" Kym asks. "Those are organic blueberries. That's like a hundred dollars a pound, are you crazy?"
Kym may be the comedienne in the family, but it looks like little Joshua is already inheriting her sense of humor!
