This Whale Just Added A Whole New Dimension To Whale Watching (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

Well, this is a fine example of getting a bang for your buck on a whale watching tour.

Canadian Chelsea Crawford was enjoying the sunny tour off the coast of Baja California, Mexico recently when she was struck by a surprise. Seemingly out of nowhere, one of the playful whales got a bit too personal and smacked her in the head with one of its flukes. Fortunately, Crawford was unharmed, and her friend was able to capture the event on camera.

It's unclear whether the whale was waving hello or signaling at the group to leave, but regardless, he put on one heck of a good show.
