Listen To Lea Michele's Heartbreaking Cory Monteith Tribute

"If You Say So," the song Lea Michele co-wrote after Cory Monteith died in July of last year, has made its way online. "Was just a week ago, you said I love you girl," Michele sings on the track, which will appear on her debut album, "Louder." "I said I love you more. And a breath, a pause, you said, if you say so.
