Mario Monti: 'France Should Play A More Decisive Role'

Mario Monti, prime minister of Italy from 2011 to 2013 during the height of the euro crisis, is chairman of the Berggruen Institute's Council on the Future of Europe. His brief comments in this video -- in which he calls on France "to be France again" and be more engaged in building Europe -- are excerpted from his remarks at the Project Europe Town Hall in Madrid on Feb. 28.
