Company With No Vacation Policy Sees 'Increased Productivity'

WATCH: Imagine A Company With No Vacation Policy

It might seem unorthodox, but by having no vacation policy -- and allowing infinite vacation days for your employee, so to speak -- you'll actually see an increase in productivity.

Michael Samson, co-founder of crowdSPRING, instituted the policy at his "online marketplace" startup and saw similar results.

"It does lead to an increase in productivity and work and happiness," he told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy Tehrani. "People care about the company they work for. They want to know that they are valued. [This policy does] just that for people."

"What comes back is much greater than what you lose," he added.
