Turkish President Steps In To End Twitter Blackout

President Abdullah Gül stepped in to end the Twitter blackout and said his office was in talks with the U.S.-based microblogging site for the establishment of a healthy dialogue with the Turkish government for a quick resolution of what he called “this bitter situation.”
