The 3 Red States Where Obamacare Is Working Well

For the most part, Obamacare is doing well in states where Obama has done well. Democratic-led blue states have embraced the law, setting up exchanges, promoting sign-ups and accepting a Medicaid expansion to cover more people, while Republican-led red states have resisted it. But there are three red states that have bucked the trend, whether intentionally or not.
