Not only is the 26-year-old New Yorker the entrepreneur behind Beautified -- an app that let's you book last-minute beauty appointments -- she's also a sought after DJ, restauranteur, healthy living fanatic and bona fide style star. One look at her enviable and inspirational life via Instagram and you'll be hooked.
Sure, it helps that she has pretty powerful genes. Her father is the former Warner Music Group CEO and Seagram heir Edgar Bronfman, Jr., while her mom is legendary 70s actress/model Sherry Brewer -- however, Hannah is definitely making a name for herself.
