Miley Cyrus And Avril Lavigne Fight Over 'Most Famous' Title

Miley Cyrus And Avril Lavigne Battle It Out Over 'Most Famous' Title

Miley Cyrus is not happy about Avril Lavigne's latest ranking.

The "Let Me Go" singer was named the "Most Famous Canadian" by researchers at MIT, who have created an interactive website called Pantheon to quantify fame throughout history. Lavigne landed at the top of the list ahead of fellow Canadians Jim Carrey, Justin Bieber, Celine Dion and Pamela Anderson.

But considering Cyrus isn't from Canada herself, it's hard to explain why she's so upset in a new video posted on her Instagram account Tuesday, April 1.

"F--k dat Canadian bitch @avrillavigne," the 21-year-old captioned the clip, which shows the two singers (jokingly) fighting over the "Most Famous" title. "I might not be Canadian, but I'm the most famous person in Canada, ya dumb f--king bitch," a onesie-clad Cyrus tells Lavigne in the video. (The "We Can't Stop" songstress played a concert Monday night at Toronto's Air Canada Centre.)

Jokes aside, why'd you have to go and make things so complicated, Miley?
