Derek Jeter gave fans of the New York Yankees another reason to love him.
With his Bronx Bombers opening his final season in Houston, Jeter delivered a souvenir ball to a young Yankees fan instead of an eager woman supporting the Astros. After the seventh inning on Thursday, Jeter walked over to the stands and spotted a little girl wearing a blue shirt with his name and number on the back. Despite the best efforts of a woman in orange who also wanted the ball, Jeter made sure it got to his intended recipient.
