Chris Villian Releases 'Part Of Your World' (VIDEO)

WATCH: This Merman Wants To Be Part Of Your World

YouTube personality Chris Villian has released a parody of the iconic "Part Of Your World" from Disney's "The Little Mermaid" -- but with a gender-bending twist.

Sporting a green fishtail and flaming red hair, Villian's character is virtually Ariel the Little Mermaid's twin brother. Villian is well-known on the Internet for his recreations of classic Disney tunes, such as "One Jump Ahead" from Aladdin.

In order to better understand Villian and his work, The Huffington Post chatted with the singer this week about his videos and his own unique performance style.

The Huffington Post: Why did you decide to make the "Part Of Your World" video?Chris Villain: As you can tell, I'm a HUGE Disney fan and hope to be the voice of a disney character one day! I thought it would be awesome and HILARIOUS if there was a nice quality video of a guy singing "Part Of Your World" out there because I couldn't find one, and I thought the world needed it.

You play around with gender in this video -- why did you decide to do this? This is a great question! I played around with gender because I think a lot of guys are scared to! Either because they don't want to be seen as gay or because they're scared it will damage their masculinity. But who cares?! Everyone needs to relax! Calm down, it's not that big of a deal. I'm not personally gay myself but a lot of my best friends are and they are the nicest, most genuine people I know.

Tell us about some of your other videos. Some of my other videos include an AWESOME duet of "Love is an Open Door" from the movie "Frozen" I did with my good friend Lexy Baeza, A REALLY funny puppet rendition of Aladdin's "One Jump Ahead" with a bunch of my INCREDIBLY talented puppeteer friends, and so many more cartoon related, pop, and Disney songs that I try to make humorous and interesting to watch.

Check out "Part Of Your World" above.
