Madonna's Estranged Brother Sings 'Like A Prayer'

It's no secret that Madonna and her brother Anthony Ciccone don't see eye to eye, and despite this very known fact, Tablet magazine decided to catch up with the 57-year-old and discuss his favorite Madonna song, among other things.

Ciccone, who has been living in homeless shelters in Traverse City, Mich., isn't a fan of her music, but says that his sister's 1989 song, "Like A Prayer," which was banned by the Vatican because of the video's religious imagery, is his favorite.

"I like that song, because it means something to me," he said after singing a few bars of the tune. "I don't talk to my sister much. I don't pay much attention to her music. We're not really buddies."

That's a bit of an understatement, given what Ciccone told the Daily Mail in March 2013. "Madonna doesn’t give a s--t if I’m dead or alive. She lives in her own world," he said. "I never loved her in the first place, she never loved me. We never loved each other."
