Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report welcomed actor Hank Chen and Internet personality Davey Wavey to tackle the week in lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) news, including college basketball star Derrick Gordon's coming out.
"The power of coming out is through the individual, and not through policies and government and laws and stuff like that," Chen noted. "I'm sure he's got that ripple effect."
Added Davey Wavey: "It's breaking stereotypes. This is a guy who's not a hairdresser, which is what we see with gay people on TV. He's something different."
The trio also tackled the controversy surrounding Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich's surprise resignation after news that he donated money to an anti-gay marriage campaign in 2008 came to light, as well as the "gay mafia" allegations that surrounded that controversy.
