Anderson Cooper is selling one of his two waterfront properties in Quiogue, N.Y., Newsday reported Thursday.

The website marketing Cooper's property lists the 2.4-acre land for $2.999 million. The listing shows that the 3,654 square foot home includes a pool, brick fireplaces, five and a half bathrooms, guest rooms, a garage apartment and "a dining area where you can watch the swans glide by."

Cooper reportedly purchased the property for $1.7 million in 2012, which he then completely renovated thanks to his mother, designer Gloria Vanderbilt. He appears to be holding onto his second home, which sits right next door.

You can see photos of the home on the Douglas Elliman Real Estate page. The house is listed with the Enzo Morabito Team.
