Meditation 'Flash Mobs' Invade The United Kingdom

Mark Williamson, the director of Action for Happiness, joined HuffPost Live on Thursday to discuss the recent development of "meditation flash mobs," which are currently hitting London's Trafalgar Square and city center.

"Commuters, people going through their busy lives, are kind of taken aback and stop and see this community of people very calm, very centered, very much the opposite of hectic London life," he told host Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani. "So it's just a way of waking people up to the fact that meditation here, and indeed around the world, is really taking off."
