Harry Reid has been attacking the billionaire Koch brothers whose well-funded campaigns have pushed the GOP even further to the right. But at the same time, Reid's been defending another highly-active billionaire who tends to favor Republican causes, casino owner Sheldon Adelson.
Apparently, the brothers are spreading corruption while Adelson is just exercising free speech. What's the difference?
On Tuesday night's "Daily Show," Jon Stewart asked senior political correspondent Jason Jones for some help.
"Corruption is a billionaire who spends their money on shit you don't like," Jones explained, while free speech is "a billionaire who spends money on shit you do like."
