At 50, Brad Pitt is still a sex machine and he gave us another reason to think so on Saturday night.
The "12 Years a Slave" actor joined Bruno Mars onstage for a surprise performance at his nonprofit’s gala in New Orleans. Pitt jammed along on the tambourine while Mars belted out a cover of James Brown’s "Get Up (I Feel Like Being a) Sex Machine."
Mars was the headliner for Pitt’s Make It Right charity event, which cost $1,000 a head, and raised funds for the organization that builds green homes for people in need.
Founded in 2007, the organization first aimed to revitalize New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, and has now expanded to build apartments for veterans with disabilities in Newark, N.J. The nonprofit is also working on a community development in Kansas City, Mo., according to its website.
The crowd, which was packed with other Hollywood heavyweights including Sandra Bullock and Chris Rock, according to US Weekly, lapped up Pitt’s number and he returned the love right back.
"I love New Orleans," Pitt reportedly told the crowd prior to the performance, according to E Online. "And I'm extremely proud of the lower 9th ward community."
