America, the Los Angeles Kings did you a solid for Memorial Day weekend.
The Kings invited Slash to Game 3 of the Western Conference finals on Saturday night at Staples Center. Joined by a sergeant Corey Lamel of the U.S. Marine Corps, the former Guns 'N' Roses guitarist took the ice and delivered a rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the home team faced the Chicago Blackhawks.
Slash hasn't aged a day since we bought Appetite for Destruction in '87... Sounded great too.
And we have puck drop. Game 3 is on!
