Woman Sues McDonald's After 'Foreign Object' Allegedly Found In Food

Woman Says 'Foreign Object' In McDonald's Food Caused 'Constant Pain'

More like a break-mouth burrito.

Susan Delph Of Dexter, Michigan filed a lawsuit last week claiming that a "foreign object" contained in her breakfast burrito caused her "constant pain, discomfort, disability, emotional distress, mental anguish and the inability to perform many activities which she was able to perform prior to the accident," according to court documents obtained by the Ann Arbor News.

The alleged incident took place in February, 2012 at a Chelsea, Michigan McDonald's.

The suit doesn't specify what the object was or if she kept it for evidence.

Though there have been billions and billions served, not everyone is lovin' McDonald's.

Just ask this pregnant woman who claimed she was served two McDoubles laced with marijuana.

Or this gentleman who sued McDonald's for $1.5 million in March because he wanted more than one napkin.
