Man Calls 911 After Wife Throws Out His Beer

Bad look, Bueno Mir.

Carlos Bueno Mir of West Palm Beach, was arrested after allegedly making repeated false 911 calls on Sunday.

Palm Beach County deputies responded to an anonymous emergency call and found an allegedly intoxicated Bueno Mir at his house. Cops said the 49-year-old man told them his wife had "thrown out his beer."

The officers instructed him that his situation was not an emergency and was advised to not call 911 unless there was an emergency.

Then he called again. And again. In fact, WESH reports that Bueno Mir called 911 seven times in a span of four hours.

Once, police said Bueno Mir wouldn't tell a dispatcher what the emergency was. He called again later and promptly began yelling that "a female outside had broken into two of his beers," according to a police report.

Bueno Mir was arrested Sunday and released later that day, Palm Beach County Jail records show.

He faces charges of misuse of the 911 emergency system for making a false alarm or complaint or reporting false information.
